The sister of zuma in Pacific Place has put together a special menu using fresh, seasonal winter fare. ROKA’s executive chef Patrick Zepho’s five course gastronomic journey places the spotlight on dishes meant to be shared. With this weather getting colder every day, ROKA is the perfect stop to warm up with some spicy seafood soup or a flavourful mushroom kamameshi (hotpot) filled with seasonal truffles and four types of mushrooms. Get your garlic fix with diamond clams cooked in home-made chilli garlic sauce and rice miso, or sink your teeth into juicy baby lamb chops marinated in black garlic. Colder options such as a selection of sashimi or pickled octopus carpaccio will also be served, as well as indulgent dishes like 24-hour marinated foie gras served on seaweed toast. ROKA’s got dessert covered too, with a wild strawberry and chocolate fondant.
Available from December 12 to January 26, the festive menu is priced at $598 a head.
