In addition to the signature pork-alicious dishes, The Salted Pig’s executive group chef Christopher Kerr has created a selection of delectable new items for the restaurant’s menu, introducing healthier ingredients and exotic flavours.
Appetisers not-to-be-missed are the sautéed octopus, chorizo and potato ($138) served with piquillo peppers, capers and citrus salsa verde dressing for a piquant kick; seared tuna niçoise salad ($148) and the grilled prawn and avocado salad ($148). For mains, try the spaghetti and meatballs ($148), and herb and lemon butter roast salmon ($208). Meat lovers can go for a full rack of baby back ribs ($248), the suckling pig (from $248), or 1.2kg of tomahawk steak for two ($698) – crispy on the outside and perfectly marbled on the inside.
Round off your meal with some delicious sweet treats, such as the Go Banana! sundae ($88) and the baked choc chip cookie dough ($88).
