Artisanal Wine Festival VINsurrection is Back for Round Two

Bigger and bolder, the sophomore edition of VINsurrection returns this February to showcase more beautiful wines and to celebrate true wine diversity in Hong Kong. Jointly organised by seven independent wine importers (Bottle Shock, Wine Brothers, Cork Culture, La Cabane, Deco Wines, OzTerroirs and Cytise, with Honbo as food partner), VINsurrection shares the common belief that well-made wines can come in many forms, and should be enjoyed accessibly without pretence. Guests will be able to try wines that are made by lesser-known producers, ones that are operating on a smaller, artisanal scale with little to no funds spent on marketing; additionally, they will also learn about the winemaking processes, techniques, classifications and certifications (e.g. organic and biodynamic wines). These wine importers will be showcasing their best bottles, and giving out advice on how to experience the optimum pleasure when drinking wine. A not-to-be-missed event for oenophiles. Get your tickets here or at the door.

Where: Preset Event Space, G/F 33 Wellington Street, Central
