Wine dinners often come with a pretty hefty price tag, but this particular wine dinner – a collaboration between Frantzén’s Kitchen, two-Michelin-starred chef Björn Frantzén’s first venture outside Sweden, and fine wines importer L’Imperatrice – will set diners back for $36,000 per person. The one-of-a-kind, one-night-only dinner will feature a specially curated 13-course menu by Frantzén’s Kitchen’s chef Jim Löfdahl, and a careful selection of wines from the legendary Burgundy estate Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC) to be paired with the dishes.
The dinner will be held on March 11, 7pm to 9pm. Seats are very limited, so gourmets and oenophiles who are interested in going may want to hurry up and register at frantzen@imperatrice.com.hk with the number of seats you’d like to reserve. Once a seat is allocated, payment is required within 48 hours to secure your spot.
