International and New Additions at Taste of Hong Kong 2018

Adding to Taste of Hong Kong’s exciting line-up are two restaurants from overseas – London’s Bubbledogs and Sydney’s Black Star Pastry (yes, that’s the one with the famous strawberry watermelon cake). Bubbledogs will be offering plenty of gourmet hot dogs, while Black Star Pastry will be serving its lovely pastries at the festival – a lead-up to their Hong Kong store opening. In addition, our very own chef Vicky Lau’s Poem Patisserie, a dessert-only restaurant, will also be showcasing its iconic dessert including the Black Sesame and Hong Kong-style waffle.
