Chef Philippe Orrico, in collaboration with Art Central, is bringing back Le Marché, a pop-up restaurant for Fair visitors. Art Central’s flagship restaurant pays homage to the European gourmet supermarkets, immersing their guests into the charming European market culture while appreciating some of the world’s finest art pieces. To eat, pick from a menu of light bites and heartier plates such as the Marche Salad ($128) with smoked duck, grapes and walnuts, the teriyaki beef short rib ($198) and their classic roast chicken ($188). For an irresistible food and wine pairing, opt for a glass of Tasca red with a cheese board or charcuterie platter, or a glass of white alongside a plate of chilled oysters. A cocktail menu is also available. We particularly fancy the ONegroni ($90) and Orrico Spritz ($90).
