Here’s the dinner date that will trump all other ones: Michelin-starred ON Dining is offering one couple an exclusive dining experience at the restaurant’s private rooftop overlooking the stunning cityscape ($8,888). The six-course chef’s table menu is crafted and prepared by chef Philippe Orrico and will feature exquisite dishes including ostresa caviar with Mediterranean tuna tartare and lemon sauce; organic egg ravioli served with shaved black truffle and parmesan emulsion; and roasted pigeon served with Japanese eggplant, confit cherries, black garlic and sauce salmis. The dinner finishes with chef Orrico’s signature La Coeur, a vanilla and white chocolate mousse with a raspberry, yuzu and almond sponge shaped into a heart.  If you’re not ready to splash the cash, prix fixe menus from $988 are also available. Our obsession with Japanese cuisine continues this V-Day. Perched on top the ICC with stunning views of the harbour, Inakaya is celebrating with an eight-course dinner that features freshly imported sashimi from Japan ($1,980 per person). Also on the menu are grilled crab leg with miso sauce, teppanyaki Miyazaki waygu beef sirloin with Japanese vegetables and barracuda tempura.
