Continuing the Friends of Amber series is Chilean visionary chef Rodolfo Guzmán. An author and patron chef of Latin America’s 5th Best Restaurant, Boragó, in Chile, chef Guzmán is known for his passion for wild ingredients and unconventional techniques which includes hanging mushrooms at an altitude of 11,500 feet in winter. For two nights only, from January 23 to 24, join chef Guzmán and Amber’s very own chef Richard Ekkebus for a four-hands dinner ($2,988 per head) prepared using a combination of modern techniques and ancient Mapuche cooking methods. The dinner features a ravishing eight-course menu with wine and cocktail pairings by Amber’s head wine sommelier John Chan.
