PDT (Please Don’t Tell), a unique bar concept hailing from New York and a regular on the World’s Best Bars list, will be opening its first permanent bar outside of New York City at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental early 2018.
Venture through a hidden entrance disguised as a phone booth in the hotel’s MO Bar into an intimate space designed by Hong Kong talent Nelson Chow with a mix of vintage and modern elements and eclectic taxidermy on the walls.
The 30-seat bar will be serving cocktails developed by renowned mixologist Jim Meehan and Jeff Bell, as well as a seasonal menu of hotdogs created by the city’s favourite chefs. The hotel’s acclaimed culinary director Richard Ekkebus is kicking off the opening with free-range pork, chicken and beef hotdog.
PDT Hong Kong is opening in early 2018. Stay tuned for more details!
