In celebration of Perrier-Jouët’s release of the Cuvée Belle Époque 2011 vintage, Conrad Hong Kong is introducing several champagne pairing menus for guests to enjoy. A four-course Belle Époque degustation dinner menu will be available until January 30 at Brasserie on the Eighth for $830, with options to include Perrier-Jouët champagne pairings. The signature lobster bisque paired with the newly released vintage is rich and studded with chunks of lobster, and the sheep’s milk yogurt cheesecake paired with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé is wonderfully light and creamy.
The Lobby Lounge will offer a Perrier-Jouët Winter Afternoon Tea until January 28, with a selection of bite-sized savoury and sweet treats like the spiced raspberry and chocolate tart with champagne cream and roasted pigeon ballotine with apricot. The tea set is priced at $298 per person and $498 for two, including a cup of espresso coffee, TWG tea or a special festive winter drink, with optional add-ons such as free flowing of Perrier-Jouët champagne or by the glass. Fine caviar from Caviar Petrossian Paris will be served alongside the new Belle Époque 2011 at The Pacific Bar until Feburary 28, with packages starting from $590.
