Raising The Bar is back for its third edition! A collaboration between Yuta Inagaki of Bar Butler and Max Levy of Okra Bar, this one-night-only dinner event will take place on December 16 featuring 10 courses of chef Levy’s delectable creations paired with Yuta’s inventive concoctions. Our favourite pairing is shirako poached in sherry dashi with irizake, garlic oil and ponzu, with a pairing of a liquid nitrogen cocktail of gin, lime, house blended vermouth sprinkled with fresh parsley. Other notable dishes include the dry-aged ishigakidai and the pacific cod fish maw.
