Esteemed two-Michelin-starred chef Yusuke Takada of La Cime in Osaka will be taking over Épure’s kitchen for a three-night-only pop-up from November 23 to 25. The eight-course dinner will showcase his culinary finesse in redefining French fine dining through Japanese seasonal ingredients. Famed Japanese ingredients such as wagyu beef, black garlic, kombucha, as well as other premium seafood will star in this exquisite tasting menu.
The eight-course dinner is priced at $2,688 per person, and an additional $1,200 per person for eight wine pairings.
