Executive chef at the famous Byblos Hotel in Saint-Tropez, Vincent Maillard is hosting a special Mediterranean dinner for two nights, November 24 and 25, at the new Rech by Alain Ducasse in the InterContinental Hong Kong. Highlights include chestnut soup with ricotta gnocchi, wild sea bass with roasted chickpeas, and a scrumptious traditional Zucotto to share. The special six-course set menu, priced at $1,388 per person, showcases the freshest seasonal produce and seafood from the Mediterranean coast. If you find yourself otherwise engaged during the two days chef Vincent is here, fear not because a five-course seasonal Mediterranean menu ($1,188) inspired by him is available from November 26 through December 23.
