In the corner of Beef & Liberty, hidden behind a black curtain, is the Brooklyn Corner. Done in collaboration with New York’s Brooklyn Brewery, this private dining experience features an American-Italian menu curated by Chef Uwe Opocensky paired with Brooklyn Brewery Beers by brewmaster, Garrett Oliver. The beers served include some “ghost bottles”, which are experimental, one-off brews that are not commercially available. The Dark Matter beer is one such bottle, which is paired with the main attraction, a perfectly cooked steak florentine served with herb butter, roasted potatoes in duck fat, and glazed carrots. Aged in bourbon barrels, Dark Matter boasts delicious notes of dark chocolate and burnt caramel, with a hint of vanilla. To top it all off, guests are also taken on a Virtual Reality tour of Brooklyn Brewery. The Brooklyn Corner is open for dinner every Thursday to Saturday at $888 per person, and can seat from six to 10 guests. Bookings have to be made 48 hours in advance, so act fast!
