Part of Marriott International, Le Méridien Seoul has officially opened on November 1, 2017, in the affluent Gangnam district (yes, like the song Gangnam Style). Designed by awarding-winning architectural and interior design firm David Collins Studio, Le Méridien Seoul is inspired by the era of glamourous travel, and is dotted with traditional and modern aesthetics of Korean design. You’ll find plenty of art pieces inside the hotel, as well as at M Contemporary Art Centre – the largest cultural and artistic space inside a hotel in Korea.
For food, Latitude 37 offers signature éclairs, light bites and illy coffee by day, and transforms into a cocktail bar by night; Café Mid-Century and Chef’s Palette are both all-day dining concepts, while Elements and Lab XXIV, with celebrity chef Edward Kwon at the helm, features French fine-dining and Korean-inspired Asian cuisine respectively.
