Eating healthy does not mean you have to limit yourself to bland veggies and boiled chicken breast. Café Siam is introducing an all-new health-centric menu that features 10 Thai dishes that are nutritious and bursting with flavour. The menu is curated by Asia’s leading culinary nutritionist Kim Murphy, who has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry under her belt and has worked with The Peninsula Hotels and 5-star wellness resorts in Koh Samui, amongst many others. Our favourite dish, “Yum Manowng Koh Moo Yang”, which is grilled pork neck with a salad of green mangos, green papaya, carrot, Thai basil and mint leaves tossed in a light dressing, is well-seasoned without overpowering the sweetness of the meat itself. The menu is available in both its Central and Kennedy Town location.
