Australian celebrity chef Luke Mangan is back! In a gastronomic takeover, chef Luke and his team will be commandeering the kitchen of Conrad Hong Kong’s Brasserie on the Eighth and transforming it into SALT Grill on the Eighth. You can sample Chef Luke’s signature dishes in six- and eight-course dinner menus priced at $998 and $1,288 respectively, which will include favourites like the ultra-fresh Australian kingfish served sashimi style with ginger, eschalot and a hint of Persian feta, and chef Luke’s signature butcher board with selections like the grain-fed scotch fillet and dry-aged ribeye from southern New South Wales and Tasmania. Some items will be available a la carte for the weekend brunch and semi-buffet lunch services. If you wish to look behind the scenes where the magic happens, take part in an immersive cooking demonstration and class concluding with a four-course lunch for $888 on November 25. The pop-up will run from November 16 to 26.
