Since its opening in July, Fang Fang has been serving up scrumptious contemporary Asian fare in a sleek setting, courtesy of executive chef Kent Lee, complete with adorable cocktails by bar manager Gagan Gurung that really hit the spot. Now, Fang Fang is introducing a new Asian Brunch Fiesta on Saturdays from 12pm to 3pm. Expect gourmet Asian snacks from the Basket, hot and cold dishes from the Grill and at the Tokyo Station, and the Platter to Share – with a shredded duck wrap, tenderloin with truffle mashed sweet potatoes, juicy kurobuta belly in lettuce and other delights just waiting to be savoured. This lavish brunch is only $398 for food, with the option of adding an extra $50 for a non-alcoholic beverage package, which includes flavoured iced teas and other soft drinks, or $160 for the premium beverage package, which includes cocktails, champagne, wines, sakes and more. Yes, please.
