The 10th edition of the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, will present everything there is to do with liquor and wine, including wine accessories, wine education, as well as food items that pair well with wine like baked goods and cheese. Special wines and spirits like the rarely exported Silvaner Trocken from Germany and Girad 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon will be displayed; the Syndicat Général des Vignerons de la Champagne, France will be showcasing champagnes produced by small and medium-sized vineyards and hosting tastings at the Champagne Avenue. Apart from exhibitions and tastings, there will also be exciting events including a seminar led by Sarah Heller, Hong Kong’s newest Master of Wine. The fair will be open to public on November 11, with tickets priced at $200 each.
