Nespresso has just appointed Chef Vicky Cheng of VEA as the Hong Kong Chef Ambassador, and has developed two new coffees – the Exclusive Selection Nepal Lamjung and Exclusive Selection Kilimanjaro Peaberry, sourced from Nepal and Tanzania – to be launched as part of VEA’s permanent beverage offering. The Exclusive Selection will also be available for Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau. In celebration, VEA will be offering an exclusive Nespresso coffee-inspired menu that showcases the nuances of each bean: the lotus leaf wrapped pigeon, infused in Nespresso Nepal Lamjung, celeriac and lardo, is available for five-weeks from November 13 to December 17; a Nespresso Kilimanjaro Peaberry milk jam with quinoa and salted duck egg will follow, available for another five weeks from December 18 to January 21. In addition, award-winning mixologist Antonio Lai will unveil two coffee-based cocktails at VEA during the promotional period.
