One dinner series. Four prolific restaurateurs. Five days. Get ready for a crossover event, housed in Rhoda, with Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver of St. JOHN, Richard Turner of Hawksmoor, and Nathan Green of Rhoda. They will be contributing to a four-course meat-centric dinner menu that consists of signature dishes from each chef’s restaurant as well as interpretations of one chef’s dish by another. All courses are paired with wines by Gulliver, selected and shipped all the way from the St. JOHN cellar in Shoreditch, London. There will also be a no reservations bar snacks instalment featuring favourites like the roast bone marrow and parsley salad ($128) and radishes and cod’s roe ($48). Tickets to the dinner series (November 7 to 11) are available either through Ticketflap or Rhoda.
