Sushi Taki serves traditional, no-frills Japanese cuisine, focusing on bringing out the original taste of the ingredients themselves in a warm, home-style setting. Fresh seasonal ingredients are flown in daily from Japan, and an array of homemade sauces is prepared for the dishes, including soy sauce, eel sauce, tempura sauce and sashimi sauce. A la carte menu and three omakase menus (priced at $800, $1,180 and $1,580) are available for dinner, while the lunch menu starts from $180.
