Café 103 has partnered up with Spanish confectioner Javier Guillén to create an exceptional chocolate afternoon tea spotlighting fine sustainable chocolates from Ecuador, the origin of cacao consumption dating back over 5,000 years ago. Served throughout November, the afternoon tea features sweet morsels created by chef Guillén using chocolates from Ecuadorean cacao producer República del Cacao, along with a flourish of dainty afternoon bites. Feve Cacao is a cacao bean-shaped chocolate shell filled with milk and hazelnut ganache. Rose is a white chocolate mousse with a raspberry gel centre and tribute to Ecuador as one of the world’s biggest exporters of roses. The chocolate extravaganza is $388 ($638 for two) from Monday to Friday, and $408 ($658 for two) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
