A Taste of Tate in the Fall

Sing your praises for the new eight-course seasonal tasting menu at Tate this fall, with each dish dedicated in honour of an ingredient, memory or concept. Chef and owner Vicky Lau will take you on an exquisite culinary journey that will delight all the senses – twists on classics like Ode to Nostalgia, which is Chinese drunken chicken prepared as a roulade and served on a bed of rich chicken broth risotto, honouring traditions while playfully flirts with conventions. Available from now until November 30, the tasting menu, priced at $1,580pp, also comes with wine pairing prepared by renowned Master of Wine, Jeannie Cho Lee.
