Rice Paper Scissors Pops Up at Test Kitchen

Melbourne’s pan-Asian dining hotspot RicePaperScissors will be popping up at Hong Kong’s Test Kitchen from October 12 to 15, to give us a taste of the Philippines’ bold flavours and warm hospitality. At the helm is chef Ross Magnaye and owner Rahmie Clowes, who will be showcasing an array of modern Asian street food with Australian ingredients, from kangaroo tartare to kinilaw Filipino ceviche, and a slow-cooked goat shoulder dish known as caldereta. Tickets are priced at $1,000pp and includes drinks pairing. Check out the prototype menu below:
