A stellar line-up of Hong Kong’s eight top chefs, including Uwe Opocensky (Beef & Liberty), Peggy Chan (Grassroots Pantry), Nathan Green (Rhoda), Nicholas Chew (Serge et le Phoque), David Lai (Neighbourhood), Agustin Balbi (Haku), Jim Lofdahl (Frantzén’s Kitchen) and Nicolas Boutin (Épure), are joining forces for a charity dinner in supporting UNICEF’s initiative to help children in Syria. Hosted at Beef & Liberty for one night only on October 26, 110 special guests will get to enjoy an eight-course Syrian-inspired dinner prepared by the eight volunteering chefs, free-flow drinks and exciting raffle prizes.
