For one month only from September 20, Three Buns is taking over Potato Head Hong Kong to give burger fanatics the chance to savour an array of chef-driven burgers and new cocktails. The burger joint with a cult following serves chef Adam Penney’s honest yet playful creations that are catered to the Southeast Asian palate. Exclusive to Hong Kong, the Porkerface ($105) features a 150g Dingley Dell pork patty and XO mayo. Also watch out for Baby Huey ($100), a twist on the classic cheeseburger, and Naughty Fries ($60) with homemade gojuchang béarnaise. Be sure to pair them with bar manager Tom Egerton’s latest menu of exotic cocktails.
The pop-up is kicking off on September 20 at 6pm with the Endless Summer Soiree, where all attendees will receive a cocktail, with the first 100 guests also treated to a complimentary burger.
