Not-to-be-missed: Six-hands Dinner at Amber

How many hands does it take to make the beloved Friends of Amber dinner? On September 26, the answer is six, with three top chefs working to create the carefully crafted menu. Joining Amber’s culinary director Richard Ekkebus are two award-winning chefs from Japan, Hiroyasu Kawate from Florilège and Zaiyu Hasegawa from Den. For one night only, the six-hands dinner promises to be a masterclass in culinary craftsmanship and finesse, featuring innovative twists on classics that reflect seasonal and cultural pairings. The 12-course dinner costs $2,688pp and is available with wine pairing by Amber’s head wine sommelier John Chan.
