For those after one-of-a-kind dining experiences, JIA Restaurant Group is bringing you The Pass, featuring eight unique menus by chefs from its various F&B establishments every Saturday, starting from September 9 for eight weeks. Josh Hartland of Mak Mak will be kick starting the dining programme with a delicious five-course Thai menu of tom yum goong, coconut braised beef rib, and more.
The Pass menus start from $1,000pp and includes free-flow crafted cocktails, Terrazas cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay wines and digestifs.
Last time we checked, Chris Whitmore’s (Aberdeen Street Social) menu on November 4 has already sold out, so grab your tickets fast!
