City’super is hosting its first Seafood and Sparkling Market, bringing you a taste of sustainably harvested seafood and sparkling wines from around the world. Customers can savour treats from the sea, featuring French oysters from Saint Kerber, Wakamatsuya fish cakes, fresh poké bowls, creamy lobster bisque and more. From September 1 to 14, City’super Times Square atrium will also be transformed into a fishermen’s wharf where customers can learn more about sustainable fisheries and enjoy a line-up of cooking demonstrations.
Don’t miss out on the chance to learn how to cook up a smashing seafood paella, or for something speedy, chef Andre of Noosa Seafood Market will demonstrate how to prepare an Australian seafood meal in less than 15 minutes, sure to impress at your dinner party. For those less keen on cooking, sign up for the sparkling wine and oyster tasting workshop at Superlife Culture Club at City’super Times Square store.
