From August 31 till September 14, join Iron Chef champion chef Judy Joo in the relaunch of her newly revamped Korean hotspot, Jinjuu Hong Kong. Judy and her team have come up with new seasonal menus sure to tantalise your tastebuds. Try the baked kimchi halibut ($240), Korean baby back ribs ($160) and for something to beat the summer heat, a refreshing bowl of nangmyeon ($140).
Chef Judy Joo is also collaborating with Mina Park of Sook, bringing guests two nights of modern Korean dining at Jinjuu. On September 6 and 7, spoil yourself with a six-course dinner ($888 + $300pp with wine pairings) featuring mackerel crudo, grilled hanwoo kalbi, ginseng green tea crème brûlée and more.
