ZS Hospitality has opened Ying Jee Club this August in the heart of Central, serving up Cantonese classics by chef Siu Hin Chi. Using carefully sourced ingredients, chef Siu has come up with an exquisite menu, perfect for your next dinner gathering.
Highlights include its signature dish of sautéed sliced garoupa with Chinese kale, accompanied with golden-fried fish head and bone ($1,280), stir-fried lobster with shallot, red onion and spring onion ($380), as well as its pan-fried crab claw filled with shrimp paste and crispy conpoy ($260), topped with caviar for ultimate indulgence.
Ying Jee Club is also offering a five-course lunch set ($380) as well as a wide selection of over 300 bottles of wine.
