If you are looking for some healthier options this summer, chef Gray Kunz has launched a revitalising menu at Café Gray Deluxe, featuring balanced and refined vegan and gluten-free dishes. Using only the freshest ingredients, the new menu will be changed regularly to provide guests with locally grown, seasonal and organic produce, embracing conscious eating as well as an environmentally friendly philosophy.
Highlights include organic tomato crudo and candied kelp, whole-roasted cauliflower with spiced dukkah, and a dessert of organic bitter chocolate, coconut and seasonal berries. The menu is available during lunch (weekdays only) and early supper at $395 for two courses and $445 for three courses.
