For locally grown and seasonal produce, visit Tong Chong Street Market Pop-up Farmers’ Stall at Taikoo Place. From now until September 29, 12pm to 6pm on weekdays, Tong Chong Street Market is offering sustainable foods and the freshest produce from local farms, encouraging the community to embrace a balanced and organic lifestyle.
Renowned local chefs Doris Wong, Hilda Leung and Gabriel Choy have also teamed up with local farmers to create special dishes to go, including Korean grilled veggie skewers, balsamic mushrooms and quinoa rice paper rolls, and baked crookneck squash over rice. These freshly prepared meals will be available exclusively at the farmers’ stalls on August 15, 22 and 29.
