For just two weeks from July 22 to August 5, whisky connoisseurs can pay a visit to Foxglove for Black Rock London’s exclusive whisky bar pop-up, fashioning a table carved from the trunk of a 263-year-old oak tree sourced from the forests of North Cheshire, England. The oak trunk will house two rivers of whisky – French Limousine Oak and American Oak, aged to perfection for whisky enthusiasts who want the real deal.
Both connoisseurs and novices alike can discover the art of drinking whisky, alongside specially crafted dishes designed by renowned chefs Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation, MasterChef Asia winner Woo Wai Leong as well as other delectable delights from the Foxglove kitchen. Highlights include Guinness-baked oysters, Kilkenny cheese, haggis balls and soda bread with peat butter.
There are three sessions every evening at 5pm, 7pm and 9pm. To book your spot, call 2116 8949 or email firstname.lastname@example.org (minimum spending $500pp).
