Chef Luca de Berardinis Takes the Helm at Operetta

Operetta is launching a new Mediterranean-inspired, family-style menu to coincide with Michelin-starred chef Luca de Berardinis, formerly of Nicholini’s, taking the helm as new head chef. Items to watch out for include chef de Berardinis’ unique scallops saltimbocca, with sage gravy and fresh cheese foam; spaghetti dish roe carbonara style with salmon roe, caviar, sea urchin and bottarga roe; chef’s special tomato-less pappardelle with lamb ragout, morels and kale; as well as a wide range of authentic Italian pizzas and calzones. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, especially the reinterpreted tiramisu with coffee and limoncello jelly. 

What’s more, apart from a la carte lunch and dinner menus, Operetta also offers weekday lunch sets, with a choice of two or three courses starting from $178.
