Mixologist Luca Cinalli to Showcase His Craft at The Ritz-Carlton Macau

The Ritz-Carlton, Macau has invited acclaimed mixologist Luca Cinalli (London’s Nightjar and Oriole) for a four-day pop-up at The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge, from July 14 to 17. Cinalli will be showcasing his masterful, complex creations, including the adorably presented Nanjing Cooler (whisky, homemade aloe vera wine, clarified watermelon juice, homemade osmanthus syrup, fresh lemon), Mexican-inspired Oaxaca (mezcal, herbal liquor, nopal puree, pumpkin seed tahini, dulce de batata foam), and the herbaceous Blackrock Martini (gin, green juniper, single malt whisky, peated dry vermouth).
