Want to eat healthy on a junk boat trip? Grassroots Pantry offers catering menus for various occasions. The finely crafted, customisable menu starts at $250pp. Some popular items include their luscious summer rolls with nori, aquaponic greens and organic tofu; mushroom pate served with sweet potato chips; hearty cold-pressed juices and a crunchy truffled caramel popcorn with coconut nectar. Catering is Invisible Kitchen’s speciality, and for this year’s junk season, the avid caterer is offering three catering menus for all your summer needs: the Essentials ($200pp, minimum 15 orders), Classic ($250pp, minimum 15 orders) and the Deluxe Junk Party menus ($350pp, minimum 15 orders). Their Deluxe menu features hot dishes such as traditional Italian lasagna, creamy tikka masala, an enticing mushroom stuffed avocado, and a delicate caramelised onion and goat cheese tart, all in addition to the selection of sandwiches and salads also available in the Essentials and Classic menus. The Invisible Kitchen also offers drinks packages with the above menus.

Young Master Brewery x PICK-UP
Need a cold one to quench your thirst this summer? Young Master Brewery has you covered. The beloved craft brewery has partnered up with PICK-UP to deliver fresh and locally brewed craft beer to Central pier before you board your junk. Signatures include the Classic Pale Ale, Island 1842 IPA and Cha Chaan Teng Gose. From now until September, Young Master and PICK-UP are offering two cases of beer (24 bottles per case) for $1,000 and includes prompt delivery to Central pier.
