The much sought-after seafood Sunday brunch at Sheraton Hong Kong’s Oyster & Wine Bar is updating its menu to add free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs champagne to the already decadent seafood menu. With the million-dollar view of Victoria Harbour as backdrop, the brunch features an array of delicious appetisers, hot dishes and desserts. Tuck into an unlimited supply of four to five kinds of freshly shucked seasonal oysters, including Fines de Bretagne from France and Totten Inlet from the US, as you sip on a choice of free-flow bubblies: Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut ($988pp), Blason Rosé ($1,298pp) and the newly released Blanc de Blancs ($1,498pp). Also on offer are chilled Alaskan king crab legs, lobster bisque, salads, cold cuts, vintage cheese, and USDA prime ribs. Oyster & Wine Bar’s champagne brunch is available every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
