If learning to prepare a sophisticated French meal is on your bucket list, you’re in luck, as Le Bistro Winebeast is offering cooking classes with chef Johan Ducroquet, who has started his culinary career at the age of 14½ and has since worked at some of the world’s most renowned restaurants.
Each class is limited to two to six people. You’ll learn to make a three-course meal with selections from the cooking class menu, followed by a dining session where you’ll get to taste your own creations. Dishes on the menu include blow-torched mackerel, quail and foie gras pithivier, lemon soufflé, and more!
