Night brunch, supper, midnight snacks, however you please – Zuma Hong Kong has launched a yashoku (or “night eats”) concept combining superb dishes, top-notch drinks and electric vibes. Every Saturday night from 8.30pm to 11pm, hop over to Zuma Bar & Lounge for a seasonal infused sochu (pineapple, anyone?) to warm things up, then unwind to live performances from renowned DJs as you indulge in the yashoku menu. Highlights include the tuna tartare with miso wasabi and lotus crisps, Hokkaido scallops with ume butter and mentaiko, and sliced yellowtail with green chilli relish, ponzu and pickled garlic.
The night brunch is priced at $880pp with free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne, sake, seasonal infused sochu, beers, as well as dishes from the extensive yashoku menu.
