As you enjoy classic Spanish tunes performed live by guitar-vocalists, indulge your palate on signature tapas such as patatas bravas, Andalusian-style clams and sautéed chorizo; a constant flow of roasted suckling pig and paella; and desserts such as fried milk with toffee reduction and churros with chocolate to end your meal on a sweet note. The brunch is available every Saturday and public holiday, 12pm to 3pm, and is priced at $380/adult and $228/child (age 4 to 9).
