Get excited about Cafe Renaissance’s Champagne-Ardenne dinner buffet ($578/adult and $368/child, Sundays to Thursdays; $598/adult and $388/child on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays with free flow juices and soft drinks) to showcase the region’s exquisite delicacies. Mirage Bar & Restaurant is offering a four-course dinner featuring Champagne-Ardenne specialities, which include charcuterie and cheeses, pan-roasted duck liver, Boudin Blanc and biscuits roses de Reims. The set menu is priced at $448pp. Add $175 for a glass of Champagne Deutz, Brut Classic or $870 for the whole bottle.
Prefer delectable Chinese fare with your bubbly? Enjoy Dynasty’s seven-course dinner menu with a bottle of N.V. Drappier Blanc de Blancs Signature Brut Champagne, priced at $980pp (minimum two people per booking, and inclusive of one bottle of champagne). Highlights include steamed sliced garoupa with bean curd in X.O. chilli sauce and baked crab shell stuffed with crab meat and onions.
