Old is the new… new. The Greater China Club’s Cantonese dining room, Man Hing, has launched the Nostalgic Hong Kong menu. Available until May 31, it includes rare traditional dishes such as deep-fried marinated duck wrapped in Chinese pancake ($188 for members, $198 for non-members), baked fish intestine with egg, minced pork and dried mandarin peel ($178 for members, $188 for non-members), and dim sum such as steamed sesame buns with salty egg yolk ($36 for members, $42 for non-members. Take your grandparents.
