As Catalunya Hong Kong turns five, the award-winning Spanish establishment appoints new executive chef Ferran Tadeo, who was part of the opening team at the celebrated El Nacional de Barcelona, as well as the protégé of two world-renowned Spanish chefs Ferran Adrià and José Andrés. The Catalan native has refreshed Catalunya’s menu with delectable items such as langoustines with black truffle and caviar, carabineros with walnut ajoblanco, grapes and caviar, as well as banana ice cream in warm brioche with coconut air.
