We’re not a fan of Mondays, but this may change with 12,000 Francs’ Monday BBQ pop-up. In collaboration with Michter’s Whisky, 12,000 Francs is bringing diners authentic Mexican fare, wood smoked delights and good whisky, with drinks and small plates from just $45. On the menu are Al Pastor tacos stuffed with marinated pork shoulder, pineapple and chilli tomatillo sauce ($45), homemade corn tortilla chips served with smashed avocado, lime and jalapeños ($60), BBQ pastrami sandwich with reblochon fermier ($95), and more. Veggie tacos are also available for those doing Green Monday. Then wash it all down with Michter’s special cocktails and tasting flights at $80 each.
