Following an extensive renovation, the Ocean Terminal Harbour City outpost of the New York American-style steakhouse has been relaunched, bringing diners chef Laurent Tourondel’s modern American signatures prepared with traditional French techniques. Items on the menu to watch out for include the black garlic charred short ribs ($298), naturally aged USDA and Australian Black Angus steaks (from $278), as well the all-new crab cake with smoked piquillo paprika aioli ($172) and milk chocolate peanut butter croquant ($80). What’s more, diners will be feasting with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour, which is always nicer from the Tsim Sha Tsui side.
