Spring is slowly creeping in, which means it’s time for a picnic. Invisible Kitchen is hosting a pop-up picnic at Tamar Park where you can order special hampers to celebrate the warmer weather with a day out in the sun out on the harbourfront. The Classic Hamper for two ($1,190) includes a chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne and seven courses of delicious treats, such as scotch eggs, Croque Monsieur and strawberry Eton Mess. For those planning a girls’ day out, the pink-themed Tickled Pink Picnic Hamper ($1,150) may tickle your fancy, while a family may opt for the Gourmet Family Picnic Hamper ($995 until March 23; designed for two adults and two children) with plenty of sweet and savoury picnic favourites and traditional recipes.
Picnic blankets, cutlery, crockery, glasses and wicker baskets are all provided, so just bring yourself along! Be sure to place your order before March 23 to secure a spot.
