Cherry Blossom-themed Afternoon Tea at Café 103

From April 1 to May 14, celebrate the spring season in full bloom with the Sakura Afternoon Tea experience at Café 103 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. This cherry blossom-themed afternoon delight is designed by Japanese guest pastry chef Hideaki Tanaka from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, where the Japanese national flower is ingeniously incorporated into both savoury and sweet treats. Items to watch out for are the sakura flower-marinated radish roll with Zuwai crab and caviar, green tea sakura strawberry cake, as well as the soy milk panna cotta with sakura jelly. The tea set is available daily (except April 14 to 17) at 3.30pm to 5.30pm, and prices start at $378 for one and $638 for two.
