This is a collaboration to watch out for: chef Luca Fantin of Bvlgari Il Ristorante Tokyo will be in town for a one-night-only Four Hands dégustation with chef Hideaki Sato of two-Michelin-starred Ta Vie on March 28. The 10-course menu ($3,280 pp) showcases the culinary finesse of the two talented chefs in dishes such as Monograno Felicetti cold spaghetti with caviar, pan seared foie gras with burnt beetroot, fresh strawberry and black truffle, as well as the jasmine tea blanc manger with well-ripe melon.
